Conference/Meeting Room in Benson, AZ

Our space is a professional retail mail, pack and shipping center supporting community arts and offering a rental space for classes, meetings, webinars, and small events. Strategically located at the retail center of Benson, Arizona off I-10 Exit 303 at street level in front of Walmart on West 4th Avenue. The 11’ X 15’ conference/meeting room features high ceilings, 1 accent green screen wall, 9’ conference room table and 8 cushioned chairs. The flooring is LVT so eating and drinking is allowed in the room (Subway and Little Ceasars Pizza are walking distance, in the same plaza).

The venue is available to rent by the hour on an occasional or recurring basis. It can accommodate conference table seating for 6-8. Additional amenities include a wall-mounted 58” smart TV with 2 available HDMI connections, high speed internet connection through a provided 20 foot long ethernet cord, landline speaker phone, 4’X 3’ magnetic whiteboard, dry erase markers in a caddy, 2 Vivitar 18” full ring light set with 61” light stand and wireless remote, central air conditioning and heating, and one gender neutral restroom. Please note that non-profits are eligible for 20% (and in some cases more) discount. For customized rates, kindly contact us.
